VFFS machine with 3 sealings making puches. The machine is equipped with a modem that allows remote support, so packaging machine's software can be checked at any time. This machine is able to work with any sort of plastic mono or multilayer films as polypropylene and cellophane. The way of working of the machine is by Plc Saia or Siemens. Its programming is made up with a user-friendly preset menu using a colour 5.7" touch screen Saia. The components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304. It is also furnished a forming tube unit only for one size. The check of the temperature of the sealing jaws is done trhough Programmable Logic Control (PLC) which is able to check even the slightest temperature variation. The sealing jaws are moved by a Brushless Motor. The checking of the knife is made up by an independent self-centring pneumatic open-closed dragging film unit.

Film feeds in through self-centering belts (pressure strenght, automatic joining and disengage from the filling chute with pneumatic movement). The movement of the pneumatic open-close dragging film unit is made up by a motoreducer checked by Brushless Motor. The unwinding of film on the back of the machine si made up by a shaft leaning on bearings and helped by a motor reducer placed on the coil and contolled by an inverter. In the unwinding group of the film there is an electronic device which checks the end of the reel with an automatic stop of the machine. The lenght of the pack is programmed and checked by an encoder or a photocell. The electric control, panel and the pneumatic group are easy to use and inspect and they are constructed according to law. The machine is arranged for the interface with automatic system of alimentation and dosing.
